Where an engagement produces work for you, ownership is set out in that engagement's agreement, as a rule, you own what we build for you, and we retain our underlying methods.
Access to the client portal, mobile application and related platform services is granted to specific clients and their nominated people. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We provide this site on an "as is" basis and, to the extent permitted by law, exclude liability for loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
