Through the client portal, mobile application and related platform services, we hold the artefacts, briefs, notes, account details and access information created during an engagement. Our web hosting may also record standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver and administer engagements, operate the client portal, mobile application and related platform services, and communicate with you about work you have asked us to do. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We disclose information only to the service providers that help us run the business, for example our infrastructure and email providers, and only as needed to deliver our services. Where required, we may disclose information to comply with the law. Some providers may store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it to a comparable standard.
